On 2/10/26, Co-CIO Francis Gannon was interviewed by anchor Sam Vadas about why we may be at the beginning of a multi-year small cap rally as reindustrialization and reshoring continue. To bolster his argument, he pointed out that more than half of the Russell 2000 saw earnings growth in 2025 while also noting that the more favorable tax treatment of CapEx can help spur a “productivity super cycle” for many small-caps in 2026.

Francis also observed that earnings will drive returns and mentioned that small-cap opportunities exist in diverse areas such as industrials and financials, many of which appear well positioned to potentially benefit from a still vibrant U.S. economy.
