Portfolio Manager Bill Hench was recently featured in Barron’s November 14, 2020 cover story, “These 5 Small Stocks Could Benefit From an Economic Rebound” by Daren Fonda, on which small-cap value stocks may do well if the market shifts so value outperforms growth.

Bill made his case in the article for why he believes Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings could perform well if the economy improves, citing the company’s strong position in three core markets (transport for fast-growing e-commerce, express services, and traditional air freight) and its expanding operating deal with Amazon.

“The industry could get a benefit from the vaccine as it could take up freight capacity,” Bill was quoted saying in the article. “As far as other potential surprises, an economy getting back to normal would benefit Atlas.”
