Revised Portfolio Management Teams and Benchmarks for Selected Royce Funds

An update on the Fund changes we are making as part of our annual prospectus update.

Portfolio Management Team Changes

Royce International Premier Fund

Portfolio Manager Mark Rayner, CA becomes the Fund’s lead portfolio manager while Portfolio Manager Mark Fischer joins him as portfolio manager.

Royce Pennsylvania Mutual Fund

Royce Total Return Fund

  • Portfolio Manager Miles Lewis, CFA® becomes the Fund’s lead portfolio manager while Chuck Royce becomes the Fund’s portfolio manager.

Benchmark Changes

  • For Royce Total Return Fund, the Russell 2000 Value Index is the primary benchmark, with the Russell 2000 as its secondary benchmark.
  • For Royce Dividend Value Fund, the Russell 2500 Index is the primary benchmark, with the Russell 2000 as a secondary benchmark.
  • For Royce Global Financial Services Fund, the MCSI ACWI Small Cap is the primary benchmark, with the Russell 2000 as a secondary benchmark.
  • We also added the Russell 2000 Growth Index as a secondary benchmark For Royce Smaller-Companies Fund—where the Russell 2000 remains the primary benchmark.
